CONCLUSION
- In 1-1-1 lesions, with SB suitable for stenting and significant disease, the strategy of elective implantation of 2 stents may have the following advantages:
- Lower risk of SB closure during MB stent implantations
- Less difficulties in recrossing trough stent struts with the second stent.
- Full lesion coverage (crush,V-stent)
