CONCLUSION
- Using a type B strategy, side predilatation not necessary…
- Three conditions :
- Use of jailed wire technique
- A good knowledge of the stent strut
- Final kissing balloon inflation
- Two exceptions :
- Ostial calcified lesion
- Long stenosis
