    • side branch access
    • positioning
    • ostial coverage

CONCLUSION

  • Promising feasibility with 9 cases
    • Side branch access maintained
    • Ostial positioning achieved
    • Ostial scaffolding matching asymmetry of MV to SB transition
  • QCA, IVUS and longer term results in progress

Further analysis will determine if the design features matching the asymmetric ostial geometry translate into improved clinical outcomes.
