CONCLUSION

• In bifurcation lesions treated with provisional stenting, optical coherence(OCT) seems to be a useful method in the evaluation of SB status.
• Dissections induced by balloon dilation are difficult to evaluate by angiography. OCT provides a precise quantification of both SB ostium  and reference CSA.
• Follow-up is required.
