Balloon inflation time for kissing: 5 seconds of inflation is not enough

CONCLUSION

1. The bench test showed that the short time KBI failed to enough deformation the strut jailing the side branch ostium.
2. In all stents, inflation with 15 seconds pressure for 3 times successfully bigger the MSA the one-long-time, and the recoil rate decreases.
3. It may possible that 5 seconds inflation shows similar results with 15 second inflation in the soft stenosis lesion. But, when we include more hard stenosis,  15 seconds inflation always bring a better result than 5 seconds inflation.
4. Considering the characteristic of metal, there is a good possibility of  getting good result from long time & multiple inflation for KBI.
