CONCLUSION
In unselected patients with true bifurcation lesions:
- Acute closure of SB was 1.62% after PS
- additional stent for SB was required in 28.6% patients treated by Provisional stenting
- DK crush stenting was associated with significant reduction of ISR, TLR and TVR
- There was no significant difference in MACE between DK vs. Provisional stenting
- 2-stent technique had relative high rate of ST
