CONCLUSION

  • The three branch QCA model shows a good inter- and intra-observer reproducibility
  • The agreement between the three branch QCA model QCA and the Conventional QCA is good
  • The correlation between the anatomic severity of the coronary stenosis with its functional significance seems to be somewhat higher when QCA is performed with the dedicated software for bifurcation, especially for the sidebranch stenoses
