Author: Shao-Liang Chen, MD, FACC, Nanjing First Hospital, Nanjing, Medical University, Nanjing, China
CONCLUSION
- Complex bifurcation lesions had higher rates of one-year MACE and ST.
- PS for complex lesions elicited more cases of cardiac death and MACE.
- For Simple bif., provisional T is good enough
- For complex bif., carefully selection of 2-stent is indicated
- RCT relying on this new classification is required
