Ensure adequate stent apposition in prox MV facilitate side branch crossing avoid crush stenting when recrossing

CONCLUSION

• POT may be used in case of large side branch : more than 2.5mm?
• POT might be used to aid difficult side branch recrossing (wire or balloon)
• KB inflation may be used when angiographically significant SB lesion remain after MB stenting (DS>75% and/or TIMI flow <3)
• Should it be different for LM???
• Future : should we simplify?
