- Bifurcation QCA software is mandatory!
- Single-vessel QCA have major flaws and is inaccurate
- With dedicated bifurcation software it is even possible to obtain good inter core lab agreement
- Virtual flow assessment using STL files with different bifurcation geometries will learn us more about the physiology in bifurcations
- Non-invasive assessment of anatomy and physiology using CT will be the future
