BEST 2 STENT TECHNIQUE FOR LM

• What is very is generally the best technique.
• The technique of SB stenting first may be good for LM lesions with complex LCX morphologies.
• In the computational flow dynamic models, long SB stent floating with any stent technique needs to be prohibited for good flow.
• Crush and culotte may have similar indications.
• Due to the technical simplicity and no need of SB recross, simultaneous kissing stenting is still an option for short LM, particularly for patients with hemodynamic instability.
• Combination of different 2-stent techniques is sometime useful for multiple bifurcations involving LM
• Practice the best way to have good results
