CONCLUSION

Our analysis has shown that cumulative rate of MACE and TLR rate were found as comparable between pooled BiOSS and rDES Groups. However, in diabetic subpopulation both parameters achieved significantly better values in pts treated with BiOSS stent implantation allowing to conclude that BiOSS stent construction plays an significant role in a bifurcation treatment, despite relatively thick struts.

POT seems to be most important part of implantation protocol for bifurcation lesions, resulting in more favourable angiographic and clinical outcomes.
