CONCLUSION

• Final kissing balloon inflation is a factor of complication?
  • In 2-stent technique, it is definitely beneficial.
  • In 1-stent technique, it is less obvious
• Suboptimal FKB can increase TLR in MV in the real world.
• Probably it does no harm or benefit, in experienced hand.
• To answer this question, a larger size RCT with long-term follow-up is needed.
