CONCLUSION

• The early healing phase improves the ostial SB area in some patients and reduce it in others
•  Too conservative (Nordic) SB strategy is likely inferior
• Avoid covering spiculating calcium by BRS predilatation by NC balloon 1:1 – no indentations in 2 projections
• Avoid advancing stiff catheters inside BRS
• Aggressive anti-thrombotic strategy
