Technical problems with BRS

CLOSING REMARKS

1. Accurate sizing with BRS in bifurcation is needed; OCT/IVUS have a pivotal role in case of doubts or of diameters close to the expansion limits of available BRS size
2. POT is a mandatory step in BRS bifurcation PCI.
3. Provisional stenting is the preferred strategy.
4. Over expansion has to be avoided.
5. 2-stent strategy with BRS is feasible; optimal technique should be defined; OCT/IVUS can guide optimization steps.
