CONCLUSION
- Prolonged DAPT more than 12 months may be indicated for the patients who underwent complex PCI for bifurcation lesions with a large side branch.
- The subgroups who really need prolonged DAPT should be further defined in the future studies, particularly in this era of 2nd gen DES.
