CONCLUSION
- Distal LM cab be treated with the same approach as other bifurcation lesion(provisional SB stenting).
- The only difference is that an optimal result is needed for both branches which increases the rate of SB stenting to 30-40%.
- There is no reason for using techniques which increase the use of 2 stents because they are associated with higher risk of reintervention and probably stent thrombosis.
