CONCLUSION
Drug coated ballons should be useful for bifurcated lesions but…
- There aren’t enough data from studies up to now.
- (still expert recommendations)
- is a different scenario than ISR.
- be aware! Not all DEB are equal.
- Main practical questions still open:
- Which order if we stent. (BMS or DES?)
- Duration of DAPT?
