SUMMARY
The jailed pressure wire technique has many advantages
- The success rate of the procedure is 100% without recrossing after MV stenting.
- A theoretical decision can be made regarding the use of KBT.
- A new pressure guidewire has less drift; hence the assessment in the jailed SB is precise.
- If KBT is avoided by deferring the jailed SB, unnecessary procedure may decrease.
