The aim of the current study is to evaluate the long-term clinical impact of FFR in ostial left circumflex coronary artery after left main simple crossover stenting

- Discrepancy between anatomy and function is still exist in LM bifurcation, not only in non-LM bifurcation.
- FFR guided decision making in jailed LCX after LM simple crossover stenting is valuable to predict longterm clinical outcome.
- Significant numbers of additional complex procedure can bewaived by FFR guidance.
- However, this concept should be confirmed in future large-scalerandomized studies
