CONCLUSION
- Jailed Balloon technique is simple and useful method to avoid the side branch occlusion just after the MV stenting.
- OCT functions differently at each stage of bifurcation lesion treatment.
- In observation using OCT, thrombus adhesion may be confirmed by endoscopic examination after one month even though it can be completely expansion
- Coronary endoscopes can also be effective weapons at the time of bifurcation treatment.
